Chateau Routas farms in the Coteaux Varois en Provence appellation. This rose blends roughly 45% Cinsault, 35% Grenache and 20% Syrah; the destemmed, cooled fruit is pressed with juice and skins left in brief contact (about 24 hours) before fermentation.
Tasting Notes
A ripe-watermelon color with blood orange, raspberry and rose petal aromas; soft and supple on the palate with pie-cherry fruit, fine minerality and a bright, acid-driven finish.
