Victorine de Chastenay is a Cremant de Bourgogne created by Michael and Harmon Skurnik to deliver Burgundy sparkling wine quality at value pricing, sourced from 40-year-old vines in the Cote de Nuits and Cote de Beaune. The Brut blend is roughly 75% Pinot Noir, 10% Gamay, 10% Aligote and 5% Chardonnay, vinified entirely in tank to preserve the freshness and minerality of the Cote d'Or fruit, then aged on the lees about 20 months.
