La Vidaubanaise, founded in 1912 and now trading as Les Maitres Vignerons de Vidauban, is a Cotes de Provence cooperative bringing together around 110 winemakers farming nearly 450 hectares in the Var. Terre des Oliviers, a tribute to the centuries-old tradition of olive cultivation around Lorgues, is a rose blend of Mourvedre and Rolle (Vermentino) made organically, night-harvested and fermented at controlled temperature.
Tasting Notes
Pale in color with a fresh, fruity nose; a rounded, gently fleshy palate carries notes of vine peaches, finishing long, invigorating and floral, with subtle citrus, grapefruit and peach character.
Pairing Recommendation
Pairs well with pork, vegetarian dishes, or poultry; best served around 12C.
