Our Estate Mourvédre standing alone can be enjoyed as a meaty full bodied wine. With dried cranberries and red cherries on the palate, this grape brings out earthy aromas of leather and mushrooms... much like a forest floor. Boutz Cellars brings to you our ΔΑΣΟΣ (Dasos)- the Greek word for forest. True to form, this wine... just like the forest, has a tendency to portray a feeling of curiosity and life. Our Mourvedre is showing it’s characteristics as the varietal that it is — rustic, wild and made by BOUTZ from vine to wine.
