About the Wine

The 2023 Carbonic Graciano is our favorite vintage of this wine to date and fun is an understatement! While the juicy and bright palate of red raspberry, boysenberries, and red hot dollars candy initially entices you it is the notes of cola and pepper that surprise and delight your senses. This wine is bright yet complex with balanced acidity and flavors, approachable mid palate with a very long chalky yet velvety finish. Serve this with a slight chill on a warm day for ultimate enjoyment!
