From the preeminent producers of Cabernet Franc in the US comes this Cab Franc-based blend from the Livermore Valley. 2022 L’Autre Côte is 73% Cabernet Franc, 13% Merlot, and 14% Cabernet Sauvignon. Each component was vinified separately: fermented in open-topped 1.75-ton bins, inoculated for primary fermentation (wines went through ML spontaneously), punched-down for extraction and aged in neutral puncheon and one second-use barrel.x
