The Jeio line honours Desiderio Bisol, a pioneer of Prosecco Superiore whose wife called him “Jeio”; the family's steep Valdobbiadene-area plots yield Glera rich in malic acid. 100% Glera, Prosecco DOC (Veneto). Charmat/Martinotti method — second fermentation in stainless-steel tank for a minimum of 30 days. 11.5% ABV.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant straw yellow with fine, lively perlage. Intense, fresh nose of citrus fruit with saline notes; fruit-forward, refreshing palate.
