Henri Buisson planted five hectares at Saint-Romain in 1947, the year the appellation was created; his grandsons Franck and Frederic Buisson took over the 20-hectare certified-organic, biodynamically farmed domaine in 2008. This Bourgogne Blanc draws on young Saint-Romain vines, high-altitude Chardonnay just outside the appellation, and purchased Maconnais fruit from Domaine Guillot-Broux, aged one year without racking in used 228-liter barrels.
