Henriques & Henriques, founded at Camara de Lobos in 1850, is the only Madeira house that draws primarily on its own vineyards. The 2001 Sercial is a colheita from Sercial grown at the island's highest elevations, generally the last variety picked, cask-aged a minimum of five years. Producer analysis: 20.0% alcohol, Baume 1.3, total sugar 56.3 g/L, total acidity 9.03 g/L, volatile acidity 0.94 g/L.
