Made with grapes hand picked from our best vineyards on the sunlit hilly slopes of Trentino. Perlage with a contemporary style, elegant and well balanced making it ideal for special festive gatherings. Made with Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes handpicked from our best suited vineyards on the hilly slopes of Trentino. Pinot Nero gives characteristic aromatic hints of red fruits together with a good structure and richness. Rotari Brut Rosé rests in the bottle for at least 36 months before releasing its unmistakable mountain aromas and fragrances. Rotari Rosé is made with Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes in the traditional Metodo Classico Style with respect to the Trento DOC discipline.
Tasting Notes
The Bouquet is elegant and fruity with extremely subtle with hints of wild strawberries & currants. The wine is fresh and full bodied with balance and elegance.
Pairing Recommendation
Very versatile with enough backbone to carry on through all courses of a meal. Best with fish such as tuna, salmon, lobster and shrimp. Will stand up to pork and veal dishes, as well as, risotto and pasta dishes.
