Profile & Story
El Coto de Rioja, founded in 1970 in Oyon, is one of DOCa Rioja's largest vineyard owners. El Coto Blanco is a blend of Viura, Verdejo, and Sauvignon Blanc sourced from Finca Carbonera, the highest-altitude vineyard in DOC Rioja at 840 meters; grapes are chilled immediately after harvest and the entire process is kept at low temperature to preserve delicate aromatics.
