Profile & Story

Founded by Veneto wine-industry veteran Alessandro Furlan in partnership with Regal Wine Imports' Charlie Trivinia, Ca' Furlan sources Glera from top vineyards within the Prosecco DOC, with its main production facility in the Montello-Colli Asolani DOC (Treviso). The wine is gently pressed with immediate skin separation for a clear must, then undergoes temperature-controlled secondary (Charmat/Metodo Italiano) fermentation in pressurized steel tanks for a consistent, fresh house style. ABV 11%.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw in color with very fine bubbles. Pronounced aromas of lemon, melon, white peach, pear, and white flowers. Fruit-forward and off-dry on the palate with medium acidity and a delicate mousse; flavors of white peach, lemon, melon, and pear carry through to a long, elegant, balanced finish.
