Donati Family Vineyard, family-owned and operated in Paso Robles since 1998 by Ron and Matt Donati, built its Templeton winery in 2007 and has focused on Cabernet Sauvignon and other Bordeaux varietals since. Claret blends all five classic Bordeaux varieties -- approximately 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, 9% Malbec, 5% Petit Verdot, and 2% Cabernet Franc in the 2020 vintage -- aged 20 months in a combination of new French, American, and Eastern European oak.
