Donati Family Vineyard has been family-owned and operated since 1998 by father-and-son team Ron and Matt Donati, focused on Cabernet Sauvignon and other Bordeaux varietals alongside Chardonnay from the Central Coast. Sisters Forever is fermented in 100% stainless steel with extended aging sur lees and a partial malolactic fermentation, then aged 5 months in tank and 4 months in bottle before release -- entirely unoaked to let the fruit's natural character lead.
Tasting Notes
Bright, fruit-forward Chardonnay with tropical aromas of pineapple, clementine, and key lime, a soft, creamy mid-palate, and a crisp, refreshing finish of stone fruit and citrus.
