Weingut Dr. Fischer is a small, internationally acclaimed estate on the Saar, with vines in the top cru sites Ockfener Bockstein and Saarburger Kupp; the Fischer family has cultivated vines in Ockfen since 1758. The Steinbock label, introduced by Martin Foradori Hofstatter, captures the essence of the Saar's cru vineyards. This Rose Sparkling Zero is a dealcoholized wine (75% Riesling, 25% Pinot Noir from selected Mosel vineyards, vines 5-35 years old) made via a gentle vacuum process that evaporates alcohol at only 25-30C, preserving the base wine's character and aroma; remaining alcohol is under 0.25% vol.
