Giuliano Rosati is a collaboration between Regal Wine Imports' Dan Bada and Charlie Trivinia and family winemakers across Italy. This Pinot Grigio comes from the Anselmi family's estate in Latisana, Friuli-Venezia Giulia -- cultivated since the 1920s and now in its fourth generation -- where more than half of the 740-acre property is planted to Pinot Grigio from 20-year-old vines. The estate's proximity to the Adriatic coast gives a maritime climate suited to balanced whites that retain bright acidity as the grapes ripen.
