Profile & Story

Casalini is a family winery in Colbertaldo di Vidor, in the Treviso province of the Prosecco production zone. This Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry is made from a careful selection of 100% Glera grapes grown in the estate's own vineyards (limited production), undergoing about 30 days of prise de mousse followed by 2-3 months of aging.

Tasting Notes

Fine, persistent perlage with fresh, delicately fruity aroma; exotic fruit and floral notes on the nose, with a fresh, savory palate (Extra Dry, roughly 15 g/L residual sugar).
