Cantine Colosi is a family winery established in 1987, with vineyards on the Aeolian island of Salina and winemaking in Giammoro (Messina), run by oenologist Piero Colosi together with his father Pietro.
Tasting Notes
Vinified and aged exclusively in stainless steel to preserve the grape's character; ruby red, particularly fruity with scents of sour cherry and prunes alongside more complex notes of black pepper, black olive and ink.
