Profile & Story

I Lauri is an estate in the hilltop town of Loreto Aprutino, Abruzzo, founded in 2007. Bajo takes its name from the town's most important street, itself named for the bay-colored coats of the horses once common there. Following vinification in stainless steel, the wine is aged six months in large Slavonian oak barrels before a short bottle rest.
