Cantine Lunae Bosoni, founded in 1966 by Paolo Bosoni in Castelnuovo Magra, is the largest and most established Vermentino producer in the Colli di Luni DOC, the easternmost strip of Liguria bordering Tuscany. Etichetta Grigia was the estate's first Vermentino bottling, made over forty years ago, and remains its most direct, classic expression of the grape, aged in steel.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with delicate floral notes of hawthorn, ripe apple and white peach; fresh and savory on the palate with a persistent, mineral-tinged finish.
