Profile & Story

The Suriol family has farmed the Castell de Grabuac property in Penedès since the 1600s, bottling their own wine since the 1940s and converting the estate to certified organic farming in 1996; current owner Assís Suriol has since layered in biodynamic practices with minimal sulfur use. The Azimut Brut Nature is a traditional-method cava made from Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada with indigenous yeasts, aged a minimum of nine months and bottled at zero dosage.
