Les Vignerons d'Estézargues is a rare French wine cooperative founded in 1965 near Avignon, uniting a dozen grower-members who farm roughly 550 hectares of pebble-over-clay soil across the Côtes-du-Rhône. Three-quarters of the co-op's vineyards are certified organic, and each grower's fruit is vinified separately with no added yeast, minimal to no sulfur, and no fining or filtration.
