Field Recordings was founded in 2007 by Andrew Jones, a Central Coast vineyard nursery fieldman whose access to small lots of premium, lesser-known fruit shaped the winery's flavor-forward, single-vineyard approach. Skins is part of the winery's dedicated orange-wine collection, made with extended skin contact for added texture and color.
