Jean-Paul Dubost is a fourth-generation vigneron in Lantignié who took over his family's twenty-six hectares — spanning Lantignié, Brouilly, Moulin-à-Vent, and Morgon — in the mid-1990s and has gradually converted the estate to organic farming. His wines are made with spontaneous fermentation, classic semi-carbonic maceration, and extremely low added sulfur, letting each cru express its own terroir.
