Kopke, founded in 1638, is the oldest Port wine house still in operation. Their Fine White Dry Port shows a crystalline citrine color with tropical fruit and floral aromatics, dry and well-structured on the palate, best served chilled at 8-10°C.

The house recommends it as an aperitif with salted almonds and olives, or light dishes like strawberry-spinach salad and salmon soufflé.
