Profile & Story
The Caciorgna family relocated from Marche to Casole d'Elsa in Tuscany in 1953, building an agricultural estate there before Pietro extended the family's winemaking to Mount Etna in 2006. Ciauria, produced since 2009, is their entry-level Etna Rosso: 100% Nerello Mascalese from volcanic vineyards around 750 meters, fermented in steel with six months in French barriques.
