Brij is Raj Parr's label for wines sourced from organically farmed vineyards on California's San Luis Obispo Coast, made with a philosophy of clarity and energy over weight. Printemps is 100% Pinot Noir from the Greengate Vineyard in Edna Valley, made by 100% carbonic maceration with native yeast and aged 5 months in neutral French oak.
Tasting Notes
Vibrant aromatics of wild strawberry, red cherry and crushed raspberry with notes of rose petal and dried herbs; light and energetic on the palate, with cranberry and pomegranate fruit, silky tannins, fresh acidity, and hints of forest floor and spice.
Pairing Recommendation
Pairs well with herb-roasted chicken, seared duck breast with cherry reduction, wild mushroom risotto, and grilled vegetables.
