Graft Cider, based in Newburgh in New York's Hudson Valley, built Farm Flor around a solera program now over ten years old: each batch draws 10% cider from a 75-barrel oak foudre, replenished with 10% fresh juice, blended with Hudson Valley apple cider co-fermented with a tea of French oak and Spanish cedar for a rustic, earthy depth.

Tart and earthy with a wild, funky, Brett-fermented character; dry (0g sugar), 6.9% ABV.
