Domaine Olga Raffault is a 24-hectare organic estate in Savigny-en-Veron, Loire Valley, now run by Sylvie de la Vigerie and her husband Eric across five generations. The Chinon Rose is 100% Cabernet Franc from the estate's younger vine parcels, hand-picked and fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness.
