The Dubard family has crafted terroir-driven wines from clay-limestone soils in Southwest France since the late 1970s, holding HVE (High Environmental Value) certification for sustainable viticulture. Coeur du Mont Sauvignon Blanc is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from vines over 25 years old, fermented and aged in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes

Aromas and flavors of lemon and lime zest with an oyster-shell minerality and a subtle ginger note; a silky texture combines with tensile, saline minerality on the palate.
