Indigenous is a range of wines personally selected by Giorgio Rivetti (La Spinetta) from small, family-owned vineyards across Italy, each chosen for genuine varietal typicity. This Prosecco Brut DOC is 100% Glera from 17-year-old vines grown on hillside vineyards in Veneto, between Conegliano and Farra di Soligo on the border of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. ABV 11%.
Tasting Notes
Bright notes of white peach and yellow flowers with hints of sweet spice on the nose. On the palate, nicely evolving creaminess brings out notes of candied apple and white peach, elegantly balanced with crisp minerality.
