San Pietro is a Pinot Grigio brand of Marc de Grazia Selections, sourced from a 24-hectare vineyard planted in 1994 on gravelly dolomite-limestone slopes in the Bolzano zone of Alto Adige. Grapes are hand-harvested at reduced yields to emphasize fruity, floral character.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow in color, with a nose of tropical fruit and a honeyed tone. The palate opens fruity and ripe, finishing fresh, sapid and persistent.
Pairing Recommendation
Pairs well with light hors d'oeuvres, fish and seafood, or as an aperitif; best served at 9-11°C.
