Ampeleia, a biodynamically farmed estate in Maremma founded by Elisabetta Foradori and partners, co-ferments a field blend of Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia Bianca and Ansonica from the La Rocca vineyard (550m, schist and clay soils), with direct press and infusion and 6 months in concrete.
