Ezio Poggio, with sister Mary and brother-in-law Marcone, farms organically in the southeast corner of Piemonte. Caespes blends four Timorasso plots averaging 450m elevation on calcareous soil, aged 8 months in steel with lees stirring for texture.

Tasting Notes

Bright, glossy straw yellow. Mineral nose with citrus and white-flower notes; balanced freshness, acidity and a savory, persistent finish.
