Ferrando 'Etichetta Bianca' Nebbiolo Carema 2021

Ferrando is the historic reference producer for Carema, a tiny alpine Nebbiolo appellation on steep pergola-trained ('tupin') terraces beneath Mont Blanc overlooking the Dora Baltea. Grapes are harvested in late October, given roughly two weeks' cuvaison, then aged 30-36 months in large and small barrels before bottling unfiltered.
