Jeio is Bisol's estate-driven Prosecco line, named for family patriarch Desiderio ('Jeio') Bisol. Fruit is sourced from steep, high-elevation, organically farmed sites in the heart of Valdobbiadene, gently pressed and given a slow Charmat-method fermentation.

Tasting Notes

Crisp green apple and pear with white blossom and a saline, mineral edge; fine bead, bright acidity and a clean, dry finish.
