White Blend
Marrenon

About the Wine
The blend includes 90% Grenache Blanc and 10% Roussanne. Triniti Blanc is a white wine from AOC Ventoux, born of the geological unity shared by the mountain ranges of Ventoux, Luberon, and Sainte-Victoire. It is crafted from vineyards planted on clay-limestone soils at altitudes between 50 and 200 meters, delivering the freshness and minerality distinctive of its terroir. The vines are cultivated using sustainable and environmentally friendly practices. Grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness and minerality, followed by low-temperature fermentation at 14–16°C. The wine has an alcohol content of 12.5% and is best enjoyed within 2 to 3 years.

Tasting Notes
The wine exhibits a bright and luminous color with subtle golden highlights. On the nose, it offers an intense and expressive bouquet of ripe citrus fruits like grapefruit and lemon, complemented by vine peach and a delicate floral nuance. The palate is precise and vibrant, with a chiseled structure and crystalline freshness, finishing with a refined minerality and a gentle salinity.

Pairing Notes
Recommended pairings include fresh sheep’s cheese or a filet of monkfish with vegetables. Best served at 10–12°C.
