Profile & Story
The blend includes Grenache Blanc 45%, Clairette 27%, Roussane 15%, Viognier 7%, Marsanne 3%, Bourboulenc 3%. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, gently pressed, and fermented at low temperatures. No malolactic fermentation is performed to preserve freshness. The wine ages 2–3 months in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes
Yellow gold color with green reflections. Aromatic finesse with floral elegance (acacia), and fruit notes like apricot balanced with acidity.

Perfect as an aperitif or with shellfish, cod, or salmon.
