About the Wine
The blend includes 85% Clairette Blanche, 10% Aligoté, and 5% Muscat Blanc à petits grains. Made from 30-year-old vines grown on chalky-clay slopes and shaly marls. Hand-harvested and produced using the traditional method with 36 months on racks. Disgorged with expedition liqueur to reach 6g/L residual sugar.
Tasting Notes
Light golden color with fine bubbles. Aromas of white flowers, almond, and honey. Dry and round on the palate.

Serve cold (8°C). Great as a pre-dinner drink, or with grilled fish, goat cheese, or dessert
