About the Wine

The blend includes Grenache blanc 30%, Roussanne 25%, Viognier 25%, and Clairette 20%. Les Dolia 2024 is crafted from organic parcels located on the slopes of Camp de César in southern Côtes du Rhône. These parcels sit at 200 meters altitude on clay and limestone soils, rich in pebbles and exposed to the Mistral wind. The grapes are organically cultivated, and the wine pays tribute to Roman heritage—named after the “Dolia” amphoras once used to store wine. Winemaking includes slow, progressive direct pressing, fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, and partial malolactic fermentation. This cuvée highlights the artisanal precision of Maison Sinnae’s growers, revealing finesse and complexity.

Tasting Notes

The wine shows a beautiful, sparkling, bright pale yellow appearance. The nose is seductive, offering aromas of lime citrus, white peach, and almond. On the palate, the wine is rich and unctuous, with remarkable freshness and aromatic persistence. It is tender yet well-balanced, with a particularly long, supple finish.
