About the Wine

This wine represents the true quintessence of the estate’s expertise. A cuvée of great finesse and remarkable fruitiness, it is described as a wine of delicate charm and masterful balance. Each year, it is the result of a selection of the finest barrels and tanks aged in the Domaine’s cellars. It is a prestigious Condrieu that showcases the finest expression of the appellation’s wines’ subtlety. The wine comes from vines averaging 40 years in age. Vinification involves pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels (50%) and stainless steel vats (50%).
