About the Wine
This white wine is made from Grenache Blanc and Viognier grapes sourced from selected vineyards in the Vaucluse and Gard regions of France. The vines grow in clay-limestone plains and hillsides. After a brief skin maceration, the grapes are pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at low temperatures to retain fruit aromas. The wine is aged on fine lees in vats without undergoing malolactic fermentation, preserving its crisp and lively character. Grape Variety: 60% Grenache Blanc, 40% Viognier.

Tasting Notes
The wine opens with a lovely nose of peaches and pears, lifted by delicate anise overtones. On the palate, it offers a delicious texture with roundness, refreshing acidity, and long-lingering aromas.

Pairing Notes
Serve at 12–14°C to allow full aromatic expression. Ideal pairings include fish terrine, salmon tartare, seasoned fish dishes, or semi-dry goat’s cheese.
