Profile & Story
The blend includes Grape Variety: 84% Clairette Blanche, 15% Aligoté, 1% Muscat à petits grains. Harvested entirely by hand, this Crémant is made using the traditional method. After primary fermentation in tanks, a tirage liqueur initiates secondary fermentation in the bottle. The wine matures on slats for 1 to 3 years. Disgorgement and addition of the expedition liqueur complete the process.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with green reflections. Aromas of fresh almonds and white flowers, with a hint of citrus fruit on the palate.
Pairing Recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif or in a kir cocktail; pairs well with fish or white meats.
