Profile & Story

The blend includes Viognier, Grenache blanc, Marsanne, and Clairette. This wine comes from Saint-Gervais, a sheltered area nestled in sandy soils with occasional calcareous patches. It is crafted with a desire to express lightness and offer a sensation of suppleness. The grapes are harvested at night until early morning. The vinification is temperature-controlled for part of the wine and in barrels for the other part. Maturation is carried out with 50% in barrels and 50% in tanks.
