About the Wine

This wine is made from a union of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Vermentino, sourced from north-facing parcels that create a ‘cool’ terroir within the Mediterranean climate. This contributes to the wine’s vivacity. The vinification process involves strict temperature control throughout fermentation and ageing, helping preserve the wine’s fruitiness and freshness. The cuvée is named after the “galets,” rounded stones shaped by the Rhône glacier, which define the terroir of Costières de Nîmes. These white stones—Galets Dorés—are echoed in the wine’s robe and minerality, lending balance to this fruity and mineral gourmet wine.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Clear yellow with flashes of gold. Bouquet: Fruity (citrus and white-fleshed fruit), floral (broom shrub), and mineral (flint) notes. Palate: A quick attack with citric notes, beautiful aromatic persistence, silky and cool texture, and a salty note reminiscent of sea breeze that contributes to its finesse.
