Nostre Païs White 2023 reflects Domaine Gassier’s pursuit of elegance, purity, and minerality. The wine is crafted from a complex blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette, and Viognier, all sourced from the estate’s most calcareous soils. Unlike wines shaped by barrel aging, this cuvée emphasizes terroir-driven expression. The harvest began on August 23 with Viognier, followed by two intense weeks in which most of the estate’s whites and rosés were picked. Despite challenging weather conditions, the resulting wine conveys strong character and authenticity, serving as a true mirror of a memorable vintage.
