About the Wine

Divino 2023 is an organically cultivated white wine from the AOC Luberon, made from a blend of 55% Roussanne and 45% Viognier grapes. The vineyard, with 22-year-old vines planted on sandy clay silty soils with northern and northeast exposure, covers 18 hectares and yields 40 hL/ha. Grapes were harvested on September 6 and 8, 2023. The wine is produced using a direct press and fermented with indigenous yeasts. Ageing is done with stirring over six months: 70% in demi-muids and 30% in stainless steel vats. The final wine presents at 13% alcohol by volume and is certified organic (AB Agriculture Biologique).
