Profile & Story
The grapes—Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, Viognier, and Rolle—are harvested by hand. Expression White is made from organically and biodynamically farmed grapes grown in chalky clay and Villafranchien pebble soils in southern Costières, specifically the Franquevaux sector. Traditional vinification is carried out in tank at 16°C, followed by three months of aging in tank. The production volume is 50,000 bottles.
Tasting Notes
Yellow with a silver iridescence. Nose of white flower and lemon. A refreshing and acidulous mouthfeel with notes of citrus and white pepper with a salty finish. A fresh and crisp wine.
Pairing Recommendation
Enjoy as an aperitif wine, with fish, shellfish, and cheese. Serve chilled at 8°C.
