Profile & Story

The blend includes 61% Viognier, 15% Grenache Blanc, 13% Roussanne, 6% Clairette, 4% Marsanne, 1% Bourboulenc. Produced from grapes grown in a Mediterranean climate with mistral winds. Grapes are whole-cluster pressed and cold-fermented at constant low temperatures. Malolactic fermentation is avoided to retain freshness. Aged briefly on fine lees and bottled in February following harvest.
