About the Wine

Escale Enchantée is a white wine from the Escalin Vineyard, located in the heart of the Drôme Provençale within the AOP Grignan-les-Adhémar. The wine is crafted from a blend of 80% Viognier, 10% Roussanne, and 10% Marsanne. The vineyard draws from two distinct terroirs: the Vergobbi plateau, known for large rolled pebbles on clay soils, and Escalin, composed of limestone fragments on sandy-clay loams. The grapes undergo a short maceration and are vinified meticulously in stainless steel tanks, a method that preserves freshness and highlights the wine’s fruit-forward character. The wine is aged in stainless steel to maintain its aromatic integrity and is best enjoyed within 3 to 5 years. Grape Variety: 80% Viognier, 10% Roussanne, 10% Marsanne.
